umm.. yeah. lineart by Aketa..... colored by me for her coloring contest..... even though i still have to color a ton of her stuff.

why do this rather than sanely work on all of the backlogged work? one reason. because this was fun. really. this may be the FINAL version... but all the other versions gave me a LOT of different things to experiment and have fun with. like.... the background. i think i went through a billion backgrounds before ending up using this one...

and his hair. oh. my god. his hair. that....was fun. incredible fun. not only did i try a new technique with it, i also had it at one point so that by just dumping once i could COMPLETELY change his hair...
and his coat was plaid at one point... just because i could.....

and so on and so forth.... it was fun. ^^
